Job summary

The role requires an active PHRN and USRN with at least 1 year of experience in a Senior Clinical role or as a QA/Trainer. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of SME experience in Quality Assurance, Training, or as a Senior Clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary resource for Clinical Nurses with complex medication profiles.
• Conduct regular clinical audits to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support new hire onboarding and clinical concept training.
• Develop and maintain clinical job aids and FAQs.
• Facilitate ongoing clinical upskilling sessions.
• Collaborate with US counterparts for guideline implementation.
