Job summary

SMA PH NewCo, Inc. is hiring for a long-term, full-time BPO role based in the Philippines. Training is provided to ensure you’re prepared to support U.S. clients in construction and roofing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BPO, strong English skills, and a solid home office with a fast internet connection. A graveyard shift is expected, with a competitive compensation package and training starting immediately.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in the BPO industry.
• Excellent English communication and multitasking skills.
• Appointment setting background and similar roles is a PLUS.
• Background in Customer Service preferred.
• Willing to work graveyard and start training immediately.
• Existing home office setup with conducive work environment.
• Computer with core i5 or higher/7th gen+ or AMD, 16GB RAM, functional camera.
• Excellent noise-canceling headset and dual monitors.
• Stable internet with at least 25 Mbps upload/download.
• Back-up power/internet is a plus.
