Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Night Audit experience in Front office hotel industry
• Certificate in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Knowledge of hotel facilities and services
• Organized and detail-oriented with initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English; foreign language knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, and consolidate departmental ledger accounts
• Oversee reception desk operations during shift and service delivery
• Greet guests and assist with learning guest names
• Register and room arrivals during Night Shift per procedures
• Check-in/out and update data in hotel system
• Maintain cashier float and daily money reports
• Stay updated on accounting policies and special promotions
• Address guest complaints and escalate when needed
• Ensure guests depart with a positive impression of hotel services
• Maintain knowledge of reservation procedures and system sources
• Keep reception areas clean and orderly
• Understand credit policy
