Feed the Children in the Philippines seeks an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution, ensuring efficient flow from donors to beneficiaries. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field from Philippines or equivalent.
• A diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management may be considered with extensive relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Transportation & Distribution Coordination: Plan and coordinate transportation and distribution of goods, optimize routes and delivery schedules to ensure on-time shipments and reduce transit costs.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, securing favourable terms and reliable supply of trucks/vehicles or products to support operations.
• Process Improvement & Cost Optimization: Analyse supply chain data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement strategies to streamline processes, improve delivery, and reduce costs.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations/standards and maintain accurate documentation (inventory records, shipping documents, contracts) throughout the supply chain.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics plans with business needs, and promptly resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions to keep operations on track.
