Job summary

World Vision International in the Philippines seeks a Supply Chain Management and Admin Specialist to execute full sourcing processes across goods, works, and services, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and delivering cost savings.

You will work with field offices, vendors, and partners, perform market research, contract negotiations, and ensure timely deliveries, including emergency deployments when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least three years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or logistics experience.
• Experience with NGOs, donor-funded projects, or large organizations is highly desirable.
• Experience managing procurement, purchasing, inventory control, and contract administration functions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing plans based on procurement plans, demand, and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with Operations on market research results to guide sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate and award contracts to suppliers per policy and performance expectations.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage procurement records, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Support emergency response and office administration as needed.
