Job summary

Mary Grace Cafe in the Philippines is seeking a Store Opening & Operations Supervisor to oversee the operational readiness of new stores before opening, ensuring that systems, processes, equipment, supplies, documentation, and SOPs are in place for Day 1.

You will coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, IT, Engineering, QA, Supply Chain, Training, Marketing and other teams to meet pre-opening requirements, monitor timelines, address gaps, and ensure a smooth launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in store operations, retail, restaurant, hospitality, project coordination, or similar role.
• Experience in new store openings, branch expansion, or project-based operations is highly preferred.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and project monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of SOP development and process implementation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits and work on-site during store pre-opening and opening activities.
• Willing to travel to different store locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational readiness of new store openings and ensure systems, processes, and SOPs are in place.
• Coordinate with departments to meet pre-opening requirements and monitor timelines.
• Develop and track pre-opening checklists and ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure store teams are trained and informed of procedures before opening.
• Provide post-opening support and document issues for continual improvements.
• Maintain an updated tracker of all pre-opening activities and deliverables.
