Job summary

Security Bank Corporation invites a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer to drive in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and portfolio management to meet sales targets. You will open peso/dollar CASA accounts and handle roll-overs, renewals, terminations, and maturation payments, ensuring timely, accurate service in line with the bank's standards.

You will identify customer needs through conversations and referrals, assist walk-ins, resolve complaints with the Branch Channel

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
• At least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking, preferably handling new account transactions.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer's needs and nurtures relationships through marketing calls and cross-selling other bank products and services.
• Assists walk-in customers by advising on bank products to meet their needs.
• Manages customer complaints by coordinating with the Branch Channel Manager to ensure resolution.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions in compliance with bank policies and service standards.
• Acts as primary co-custodian to vault operations and performs end-of-day cash verification.
