Qualifications

• Experience in branch banking or teller/account openings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house selling and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Manage account portfolios to achieve sales targets.
• Open peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements; process renewals and maturities.
• Ensure on-time, accurate service delivery in line with bank standards.
• Address customer complaints and coordinate with BCM for resolutions.
