Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer to drive in-house selling and cross-selling, manage account portfolios, and ensure timely service delivery aligned with bank standards. You will handle new peso/dollar CASA accounts, renewals, terminations, and matured placements.

You will identify customer needs, assist walk-ins, and coordinate with BCM to resolve issues while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in sales and operations in branch banking, preferably with new accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of regulatory, quality control and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and nurture relationships through marketing calls and cross-selling of bank products.
• Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations to meet their needs.
• Handle customer complaints with BCM coordination to ensure satisfaction.
• Process over-the-counter transactions per bank policies and service standards.
• Act as co-custodian to Main Vault Door and Cash Safe, performing end-of-day cash verification.
