The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Juniper routing, switching, and security, plus ITIL-based practices and strong analytical skills for a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise Network Operations or Network Support.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper networking technologies (routing, switching, and security).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, STP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and observability tools.
• Knowledge of AI Ops concepts, event correlation, predictive analytics, or operational automation is an advantage.
• Experience working within ITIL‑based service management processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues within agreed service levels.
• Configure, support, and optimize Juniper routers, switches, and security devices.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL best practices.
• Utilize AI Ops platforms to improve event correlation, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and operational automation.
• Analyze network trends and recommend proactive improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support network maintenance activities, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident response as required.

Summary:
