Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Engineer to join its Manila team. You will ensure the smooth functioning and delivery of production systems, monitor requirements, address issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain service quality.

You will act as an SME, collaborate across teams, drive key decisions, provide solutions for operational challenges, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and availability.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Network Engineering.
• Experience with Load Balancers.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues and optimizing performance.

• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and optimizing network performance.
• Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
• Ability to work with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure system health and availability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Engineering.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
