Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager for Network Engineering/Architecture to optimize the global network environment and deliver secure, highly available infrastructure. You will translate designs into concrete implementations and drive cross-functional projects with architects, engineers, and vendors.

The role covers budget/vendor management, security policy integration, and continuous learning to stay ahead of technology trends. Onsite with weekly WFH, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Network Engineering in large-scale environments.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Intermediate engineering skills in routing, switching, and data center infra.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain global network services portfolio (WAN, LAN, WLAN, voice/data).
• Manage and coordinate network projects from requirements to delivery.
• Contribute to strategic network roadmap and technology recommendations.
• Translate high-level designs into low-level designs with architects/engineers.
• Define and monitor SLAs/KPIs, support incident/change management.
