Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Network Engineer / Two-Way Radio Engineer to support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of professional communication systems, including IP networks, TETRA, DMR, LTE, microwave, and dispatch solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Network Engineering

• Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, and firewall issues.

• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and network servers.

• Monitor network performance and implement corrective actions.

• Support integration of communication systems over IP networks.

Two-Way Radio Engineering

• Install, configure, commission, and maintain radio communication systems.

• Support TETRA, DMR, conventional radio, dispatch, and recording systems.

• Program radios, repeaters, and base stations.

• Perform RF testing, coverage testing, and system optimization.

• Troubleshoot radio infrastructure, antennas, feeders, power systems, and network interfaces.

• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.

• Experience in IP networking, routing, switching, VPN, and wireless technologies.

• Experience with radio communication systems is an advantage.

• Knowledge of TETRA, DMR, LTE, Microwave, CCTV, or Dispatch Systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with Cisco, Mikrotik, Huawei, Fortinet, or similar networking platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Willing to travel and perform field work nationwide.

• Willing to work overtime/weekends/holidays when required.
