Job summary

Manpower Singapore seeks an IT support professional to implement router, switch and firewall services and provide operational support, with accurate incident tracking and problem management updates. The role requires liaising with internal tech teams to ensure timely resolution and a high standard of customer service.

• Accurately record/update incident/problem management systems on network alerts, faults and assigned tickets.
• Liaise with other technical areas internally where necessary to ensure customer reported problems are resolved to the customer satisfaction
• High awareness of individual customer service levels when dealing with problems.
