Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines across multi-platform environments. The role ensures data integration, storage, cleansing, and governance to support the organization’s data strategy.

You will lead end-to-end pipeline development using Spark, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, and Databricks, while collaborating with Solution Architects and product teams to deliver scalable data products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years of progressive experience in ETL/ELT development and data pipeline design.
• Proven track record in managing automated data pipeline systems within Big Data and cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on experience with distributed computing and real-time streaming architectures.
