Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting seeks a Support & Optimization Senior Consultant to deliver high-quality NetSuite support and optimization services across financial modules. You will work closely with the Support & Optimization Manager and Lead to resolve tickets, scope enhancements, and ensure excellent client experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years with NetSuite, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and comfort adopting firm-approved AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator, or ERP Certification preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes (GL, AR, AP, financial reporting).
• 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite, including support, configuration, or implementation experience.
• Consulting firm experience preferred.
• Solid organizational and task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tickets and projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve NetSuite configuration issues.
• Must be based in the Philippines; this is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve NetSuite support tickets end-to-end.
• Support the optimization lifecycle: scoping, configuration, testing, and implementation of enhancements.
• Collaborate with managers and leads to meet client objectives on time and within scope.
• Work directly with clients to understand issues and reconfigure NetSuite to meet expectations.
• Escalate risks appropriately and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Document, prioritize, and resolve tickets within agreed timeframes to maintain client satisfaction.
• Participate in post-engagement reviews to capture lessons learned for service improvement.
• Serve as NetSuite SME for clients and internal teams on configurations.
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions in line with data protection and professional standards.
• Stay informed on emerging AI tools and collaborate to identify compliant opportunities.

The Support & Optimization Senior Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality NetSuite support and optimization services to our clients. This individual will work closely with the Support & Optimization Manager and Lead to resolve support tickets, implement configuration improvements, and ensure an excellent client experience across NetSuite financial and operational modules.

What You'll Do

• Manage and resolve support tickets throughout the full lifecycle, from initial receipt and triage to resolution and customer communication
• Support the full optimization lifecycle, including scoping, configuration, testing, and implementation of NetSuite enhancements
• Collaborate with the Support & Optimization Manager and Lead to ensure client objectives are met on time and within scope
• Work directly with clients to understand and resolve support issues, or reconfigure NetSuite to meet their expectations across financial modules and accounting workflows
• Identify support risks and issues and escalat… appropriately, contributing to mitigation strategies
• Ensure support tickets are documented, prioritized, and resolved within agreed-upon timeframes, maintaining client satisfaction
• Participate in post-engagement reviews to capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery
• Serve as a NetSuite subject matter resource for clients and internal teams, providing guidance on operational and accounting-related configurations
• Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes
