Job summary

RBox International Solutions Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager for the NetSuite team to own solution design and technical direction. You will lead end-to-end NetSuite scope, ensure healthy production services, and drive team growth across junior to senior engineers.

You will establish the SDLC, manage changes, and own platform health while coordinating with US stakeholders. This role requires strong architectural vision, people leadership, and a willingness to work a North American graveyard

Qualifications

• +8 years in NetSuite or enterprise ERP engineering, including managing 5+ engineers.
• Deep NetSuite tech: SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk.
• Led end-to-end NetSuite solution design across multiple projects.
• Experience with software development lifecycle transformations.
• Proven production ops ownership: on-call, incidents, RC discipline.
• Strong written and verbal English; works with US stakeholders.
• Willing to work North American graveyard shift; reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design for NetSuite and its integrations across business requirements to technical design.
• Partner with analysts and PMs to translate requests into correct requirements.
• Set design standards and reuse across the platform including cross-system work.
• Establish and own the SDLC, release pipeline, and change management processes.
• Own platform health: reliability, concurrency, throughput, and performance.
• Own sprint planning, capacity modeling, and backlog discipline with PMs.
• Lead incident/problem management, on-call, and root-cause analysis.
• Identify and fix process gaps; report operational metrics monthly.
• Lead team of engineers; set priorities and delivery commitments.
• Coach engineers toward independence and grow a broader ownership mindset.
