Qualifications

• Strong NetSuite ERP technical development experience.
• Hands-on in SuiteScript 2.x.
• NetSuite integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Proven leadership of technical teams.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong analytics and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of NetSuite technical projects (customizations, integrations, enhancements).
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage multiple parallel engagements and priorities.
• Act as primary escalation point for delivery-related issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite developers and technical consultants.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Guide team on architecture, solution design, and performance optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement in development standards and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical design documents.
• Provide regular status updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and estimations when required.
• Establish and enforce SDLC processes.
• Ensure proper documentation of solutions and technical designs.
• Manage resource allocation and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with data security and integration standards.
