KMC Solutions is seeking an Order Management Specialist to own the day-to-day execution of Enseo’s order lifecycle, from sales order entry through shipment, including drop‑ship POs, logistics coordination, and returns handling.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite experience, ERP proficiency, strong attention to detail, and brisk cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Project Management, Accounting, and Fulfillment. Office-based in Manila with hybrid work after six months.

Formación

• Strong understanding of the order-to-cash lifecycle and ERP-based order processing.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience including sales orders, purchase orders, item records, and shipment transactions.
• Knowledge of parcel shipping (FedEx, UPS) and LTL freight including carrier selection, label generation, and tracking.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of concurrent orders without errors.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across Sales, PM, Accounting and Fulfillment.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales orders accurately and on time, verify pricing and shipping details.
• Create and manage drop‑ship purchase orders for hardware, licensing, and services.
• Maintain order accuracy standards and processing SLAs; flag exceptions and discrepancies for resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and Accounting on order details that require clarification or correction.
• Coordinate logistics and shipments from remote warehouses; track shipments and provide updates.
