Job summary

RELIANCECARE INC. is seeking an experienced Implementation & Project Management professional to lead NetSuite ERP deployments in the Philippines. You will drive end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating with Finance, IT, Operations and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support to optimize business processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Certifications such as NetSuite ERP Consultant or PMP are advantages.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably NetSuite.
• Proven experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in finance, operations and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects.
• Manage full project lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post-implementation support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors for project success.
• Oversee data migration, validation, and data integrity during system implementation.
• Lead user training and change management for ERP adoption.
