Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including configuration, implementation, consulting/administration.
• NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator.
• Experience managing a team of 3+ consultants.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction on assigned accounts by addressing requests.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify client satisfaction.
• Drive test planning, execution, and optimization of support.
