Job summary

CallTek in the Philippines seeks a Business Systems Associate to maintain and update its NetSuite system. The role focuses on preparing reports and providing analysis to support decision making, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across NetSuite.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively in English with different stakeholders. ERP experience, especially NetSuite, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Excel and Word; NetSuite ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, compute discounts, percentages and ratios.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders in English.

Responsibilities

• Add new parts to the NetSuite inventory module following established procedures and standards.
• Analyze information, identify variances when updates occur or other issues, and provide potential solutions.
• Import item information into NetSuite and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor data quality and organize reports; update price lists and price levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document them.
• Plan, execute, and document testing phases; provide user support.
