Job summary

TENERITY PHILIPPINES CORP. is seeking a software engineer to develop and deliver solutions for .NET applications and support Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence systems. You will also handle administration, configuration, analytics, and projects to boost system functionality and customer experience.

You will design, develop, and test features across UI and Web Services, write maintainable code with unit tests, and participate in sprint planning. Strong Atlassian tool experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with .NET, C# and/or Java.
• 2-3 years in web technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• 1-2 years designing clean and scalable RESTful APIs.
• 2-3 years with transactional databases and SQL.
• Experience with Atlassian suite - JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket.
• Understanding of the Jira/Confluence plugins, configuring, operating and troubleshooting.
• Strong process orientation with good attention to details.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
• AS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test new features and bug fixes that span the UI and Web Services spectrums
• Design and create simple, efficient maintainable code with comprehensive unit tests
• Participate in the team's sprint and product direction planning activities
• Support Atlassian suite of tools: including JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket
• Create and update system design diagrams and process documentation
• Provide end user coaching, training, and support to internal and external users
• Manage deliverables, communications and reporting for ongoing enhancements or tasks
• Develop metrics, dashboards and advanced filters across applications to provide end-users and business leaders with operational/performance metrics and status reports
• Promote adoption and best practices of tools and associated methodologies
• Adhere to standards for process and audit compliance
