Candidates should have 2+ years in material handling or expediting, knowledge of logistics, and experience with ERP/inventory systems. Passport and ability to travel internationally are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in material handling, expediting, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with logistics principles, including procurement, inventory management and warehousing.
• Proficiency with inventory tracking software and ERP systems.
• Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, tools, and supplies within or between departments.
• Tracking shipments and deliveries to ensure supplies are received on schedule.
• Verifying material requests for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Communicating with suppliers and team members to address delays or shortages.
• Maintaining inventory records and procurement systems.
• Inspecting shipments for condition and accuracy against order specs.
• Identifying damaged materials and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Working with logistics and warehouse teams for proper handling and storage.
• Preparing reports on material usage, delivery timelines, and inventory levels.
• Monitoring expediting processes to meet contractual requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
