Innodata Inc. in the Philippines is seeking experienced Voice Actors to work as Audio Speech Evaluators.

You will engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI bot and evaluate the interaction for tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency and overall conversational quality. Candidates should be highly proficient in English, able to identify subtle differences in speech, and comfortable with approximately 20-minute sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly proficient English speaker.
• Ability to identify subtle differences in tone, accent, and pronunciation.
• Comfortable participating in approximately 20-minute conversational sessions.
• Previous experience in audio evaluation or QA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in natural, conversational interactions with an AI bot.
• Follow task instructions while maintaining a natural flow.
• Evaluate the AI's speech and responses after each task.
• Assess tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, naturalness, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide clear feedback based on rubrics and guidelines.
• Complete tasks within the expected turnaround time.
