Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in technical valuations and asset-based lending.
• Strong network with vendors and repossession/resale agents.
• Experience in preparing valuation reports and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Experience in asset-based lending hard assets valuation.
• Maintain MIS and meet TAT targets.
• Prepare and finalize valuation reports.
• Verify property documents to prevent fraud.
• Manage vendors in technical evaluation.
• Conduct site inspections and property measurements.
• Perform market assessments, financial modeling, and feasibility analyses.
• Deliver monthly project valuations and reports.
• Present estimates and procurement reports to management.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports to clients.
• Define valuation policies across locations.
• Train and evaluate team proficiency.
• Carry out audits.
• Monitor cost estimates, rate analysis, variation statements.
