Allegens Healthcare Philippines INC. is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the sales team and expand the company's market presence in the Philippines.

The role focuses on sales planning, team coaching, key account management with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and distributors, and close coordination with management and marketing to drive growth. You will oversee regional teams across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant fields.
• 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales or medical representative experience.
• Previous team leadership/management essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Medical Sales Representative team across the regions (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao).
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans aligned with company goals and market conditions.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacy chains, and distributors (B2B) nationwide, especially in the Luzon area.
• Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and coaching sessions to support and develop the sales team’s skills and effectiveness.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide timely feedback and improvement recommendations to the team.
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts, KPI, performance & sales reports, and market updates to management.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Management on product launches, promotions, events, and sales campaigns.
• Identify new business opportunities, market expansion areas, and potential key accounts.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Participate in sales meetings, internal reviews, and cross-functional projects as assigned by management.

A. Role and responsibility

This role focuses on sales planning, team coaching, key customer relationship management, and close coordination with management and marketing teams to drive sustainable business growth.

C. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related fields

• At least 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative roles

• Prior experience as a Team Leader/Manager, Senior Medical Representative, or Sales Supervisor is essential.

• Good communication, leadership, and people-management skills.

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare market.

• Results-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
