Job summary

TOA Global Pty in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a National Operations Accountant for a hybrid, full-time role. The position covers payroll allocations, oncost calculations, and weekly vendor payments, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

You will work closely with the Australian national finance and operations team, leveraging Shiftcare and SharePoint for data management, while developing expertise in multi-site accounting and corporate finance operations.

Qualifications

• Accounting diploma welcomed; emphasis on detail and accuracy.
• Open to varied experience levels with strong organizational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing & Reallocations: sort timesheets from Shiftcare, reconcile wages across profit centers, upload journals for reallocations.
• Oncost & Expense Management: enter wage totals, calculate notional oncosts, update weekly wage/oncost reports, manage weekly rent and credit card coding.
• Compliance & Capacity Tasks: audit service agreements in SharePoint, monitor expenditure across profit centers, maintain health and safety standards.
• Global Engagement: attend an annual conference in Australia for professional development.
