Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a major financial services network in the Philippines to hire a Sales Leader for nationwide operations. You will own cluster-level targets, drive field activity, and lead Area Heads and Branch Heads across branches to improve performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Business and 8+ years in sales/operations with proven leadership of dispersed teams. Willingness to travel nationally is required; competitive compensation and incentives await.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
8+ years in sales, operations, or business leadership roles.
Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams in financial services.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver cluster-level sales and productivity targets.
Drive daily field sales activity and ensure strong execution across branches.
Lead and manage Area Heads and Branch Heads to improve branch performance.
Monitor sales pipelines, application volumes, and conversion metrics.
Implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and improve conversion rates.
Identify underperforming teams and execute corrective action plans.
Develop and coach sales leaders through field immersion and performance management.
Partner with Sales Support, Credit, and Compliance teams to optimise outcomes.
Ensure consistent sales processes and client engagement initiatives.
