Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking an advanced N8N & AI Automation Specialist to build, debug, and fine-tune automation systems for our growing ecommerce and content operations. You will take over existing n8n workflows, integrate AI tools and agents, and combine automations to reduce manual work across TikTok Shop, social platforms, and beyond.

We’re looking for a proactive, senior problem-solver who can lead projects independently, bring ideas, and scale automation as we grow.

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on experience with n8n, building and debugging complex workflows.
• Proven track record bringing AI tools, APIs, and AI agents into automation.
• Design end-to-end automation that reduces manual work.
• Experience automating or supporting e-commerce operations.
• Able to lead projects independently, troubleshoot, and propose solutions.
• Composed, organized and independent with strong communication.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and document changes.

Responsibilities

• Build, debug, and fine-tune n8n automation workflows, including fixing broken nodes.
• Bring AI tools, APIs, and AI agents into processes to cut manual work.
• Build and maintain automation for a TikTok Shop dropshipping operation.
• Research and combine AI and automation tools to streamline operations.
• Automate content-creation workflows, including short-form video editing where possible.
• Automate ecommerce tasks like store management, orders, and refunds.
• Scale systems across new channels including other social platforms and YouTube.
• Lead automation projects, propose improvements, and bring new ideas.
• Monitor automations, troubleshoot issues, and keep workflows reliable.

You’ll take over our existing n8n workflows, bring AI tools and agents into our processes, and combine the right automations to remove manual work as we scale across TikTok Shop, social platforms, and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Build, debug, and fine-tune n8n automation workflows, including fixing broken nodes and finishing incomplete flows

• Bring AI tools, APIs, and AI agents into existing business processes to cut down on manual work

• Build and maintain automation for a TikTok Shop dropshipping operation

• Research, recommend, and combine the best AI and automation tools to streamline operations

• Automate content-creation workflows, including short-form video and clip editing where possible

• Use automation to support e-commerce tasks such as store management, order processing, and refunds

• Build and scale systems across new channels, including more social platforms and YouTube

• Lead automation projects, suggest improvements, and bring fresh ideas

• Monitor automations, troubleshoot problems, and keep workflows running dependably

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced hands‑on n8n experience, including building and debugging complex workflows and fixing broken nodes
