We're filling a position for an advanced N8N & AI Automation Specialist to build, debug, and optimize the automation systems that run our growing e-commerce and content operation. You'll take ownership of our current n8n workflows, integrate AI tools and agents throughout our processes, and stack the right automation to remove manual work as we scale across TikTok Shop, social platforms, and beyond. Ideally, you're a proactive, senior problem-solver who brings your own ideas, leads projects independently, and has hands-on experience automating e-commerce and social-monetization businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, debug, and optimize n8n automation workflows, including fixing broken nodes and completing unfinished flows

• Integrate AI tools, APIs, and AI agents into existing business processes to lighten manual effort

• Develop and support automation for a TikTok Shop dropshipping operation

• Research, recommend, and stack the most effective AI and automation tools to streamline operations

• Automate content-creation workflows, including short-form video and clip editing where possible

• Handle e-commerce tasks such as store management, order processing, and refunds through automation

• Build and expand systems across new channels, including additional social platforms and YouTube

• Lead automation projects proactively, suggest improvements, and contribute fresh ideas
