Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking an advanced N8N & AI Automation Specialist to build, debug, and optimize automation systems for our growing e-commerce and content operations. You will own existing n8n workflows, integrate AI tools, and scale automation across TikTok Shop, social platforms, and beyond.

The role requires proactive problem-solving, hands-on experience automating ecommerce processes, and the ability to lead projects independently while delivering reliable, scalable automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, debug, and optimize n8n automation workflows, repairing broken nodes and completing flows

• Research, recommend, and stack AI and automation tools to streamline operations
• Automate content-creation workflows including short-form video editing where possible
• Handle e-commerce tasks such as store management, order processing, and refunds through automation
• Build and scale systems across new channels including YouTube and other social platforms
• Lead automation projects proactively and propose improvements
• Monitor automations and keep workflows running dependably

We're in the market for an advanced N8N & AI Automation Specialist to build, debug, and optimize the automation systems behind our growing e-commerce and content operation. You'll take responsibility for our existing n8n workflows, bring AI tools and agents into our processes, and stack the right automation to eliminate manual work as we scale across TikTok Shop, social platforms, and beyond. The right hire is a proactive, senior problem-solver who brings original ideas, leads projects independently, and has hands-on experience automating e-commerce and social-monetization businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, debug, and optimize n8n automation workflows, including repairing broken nodes and finishing incomplete flows

• Integrate AI tools, APIs, and AI agents into current business processes to reduce manual effort

• Create and maintain automation for a TikTok Shop dropshipping operation

• Research, recommend, and stack the best AI and automation tools to streamline operations

• Automate content-creation workflows, including short-form video and clip editing where possible

• Handle e-commerce tasks such as store management, order processing, and refunds through automation

• Build and scale systems across new channels, including additional social platforms and YouTube

• Lead automation projects proactively, propose improvements, and contribute fresh ideas

• Monitor automations, resolve issues, and keep workflows running dependably

Mandatory Skills:
