Job summary

hammerjack is seeking a versatile Multimedia Specialist to craft brand-aligned graphic, video, photography, and motion content across channels. The role supports marketing, recruitment, events, and internal engagement with a hybrid setup requiring 2 days onsite in Makati.

You will translate briefs into compelling assets, maintain brand consistency, and edit content for social platforms while building an accessible asset library and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in multimedia design or creative production, supported by a strong graphic design and video portfolio.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and knowledge of typography, composition, hierarchy, layout, and social-first design.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design and Brand Execution: Create multi-channel assets for social media, recruitment campaigns, digital advertising, events, and marketing collateral.
• Video, Photography, and Motion Content: Plan, capture, and edit video and photography for employee stories, recruitment, events, interviews, and campaigns.
• Campaign and Content Support: Translate briefs into assets for recruitment, employer branding, events, learning, and engagement; manage priorities and feedback.
