Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Graphic Designer to produce digital assets for campaigns, including eDMs, landing pages, social graphics, and display ads. You will create motion graphics and edited video content for marketing channels using After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Design print collateral and brand-consistent materials while building reusable templates and asset libraries for streamlined workflows. This role is hybrid with a shifting schedule and growth opportunities at MicroSourcing in Pasay

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Hands-on skills in motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Demonstrated knowledge of pre-press production, print specifications, and digital file exports.
• Strong conceptual design skills with mastery of layout, typography, and visual branding.
• Self-starter ability to prioritize tasks and deliver work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce digital design assets for campaigns (eDMs, landing pages, social graphics, display ads).
• Create motion graphics and edited video content for marketing channels using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Design print collateral, PR materials, event signage, flyers, brochures, and ads.
• Build reusable design templates and asset libraries to streamline workflows.
• Prepare, check, and export print-ready and web-optimized files for suppliers and digital publishing.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across customer-facing and internal touchpoints.
