About the Team
Equity Connect Outsourced (ECO) builds high-performing offshore teams that help businesses scale with speed, structure, and care. We partner with clients across functions and industries to provide dependable, skilled support that strengthens operations and unlocks growth.
In this role, you will support an Australian digital marketing agency working across multiple client brands and industries.
The team produces modern, social-first creative designed to help clients communicate clearly, strengthen their brands, and perform across digital channels.
The Role (Your Day-to-day)
As the Multimedia Desinger, you will create polished creative work across static design, short-form video, lightweight motion graphics, brand templates, presentations, one-pagers, and occasional print collateral.
This is a genuinely hybrid creative role.
You should be equally comfortable designing a social carousel, cutting a short-form video, animating typography or product elements, and adapting your work across different brand guidelines and visual styles.
This is not a pure video-editing role or a pure graphic-design role.
You will work from written briefs, collaborate with internal teams, manage multiple pieces of work across different client brands, and take ownership of creative quality from concept through final output.
The right person has strong creative judgment, understands contemporary social content, communicates proactively, and can explain why a creative decision works rather than simply saying it looks good.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
Graphic Design
- Create polished social tiles, carousels, stat cards, campaign creative, and other digital assets.
- Apply strong typography, hierarchy, layout, and composition.
- Design presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, and branded templates.
- Work accurately within established brand guidelines while adapting across different client styles.
- Prepare digital and print files correctly for their intended use.
- Help maintain consistency and quality across recurring creative assets.
Video Editing

- Edit talking-head videos, interviews, testimonials, webinars, and content cutdowns.
- Add captions, subtitles, B-roll, music, graphics, and other supporting elements.
- Review raw footage and identify the strongest story, message, and moments rather than simply cutting footage mechanically.
- Create content suitable for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Deliver clean, organised project files and final outputs within agreed deadlines.
Motion & Animation
- Create kinetic typography and animated text.
- Produce animated titles, lower thirds, and logo animations.
- Develop simple transitions and looping social animations.
- Animate product screenshots, interfaces, and UI elements where required.
- Use motion thoughtfully to strengthen communication rather than over-designing the asset.
Complex character animation and 3D work are not required.
Brand & Creative Execution
- Interpret written creative briefs and translate them into strong initial concepts.
- Adapt creative execution to suit different brands rather than applying the same visual style to every client.
- Develop and maintain reusable branded templates.
- Provide thoughtful creative recommendations where briefs can be improved.
- Receive and implement feedback constructively while protecting the quality and intent of the work.
- Explain creative decisions clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.

- Communicate proactively around progress, deadlines, risks, and revisions.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and quality control before delivering work.
- Organise project files and creative assets so work can be easily reviewed and reused.
- Work independently from a written brief while knowing when clarification is needed.
