Job summary

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction into high-quality design solutions.
• Develop and adapt creative assets for various formats and media channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Produce static assets, multi-page layouts, presentation decks, and video outputs using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
• Ensure all deliverables follow approved brand guidelines, templates, and asset standards.
• Conduct quality checks and incorporate feedback to ensure production-ready outputs.
• Manage design and asset organization, version control, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to align outputs with project requirements.
• Identify design inconsistencies, propose solutions, and escalate risks or delays when needed.
• Support the Lead Designer in maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Provide guidance to junior designers or external production partners when required.
• Ensure assigned deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Job description

We are looking for a work-from-home Multimedia Designer available Monday to Friday, 2–11 p.m. Manila time. Contract runs for 6 months. Should be open to occasional onsite meetings within Metro Manila.

Qualifications

Technical skills

• Strong understanding of design principles and elements, including layout, composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Knowledge of advertising and design requirements across various formats, including social media content, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

• Proficiency in designing and customizing presentation decks using Microsoft PowerPoint
