Job description

Hybrid - Makati 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Contract

As a Multimedia Graphic Designer, you will:

• Assist in creating brand-compliant multimedia marketing materials, including (but not limited to) event booths, campaign materials, flat and isometric icons, vector illustrations, interactive PDFs, and Canva templates.
• Design and layout PowerPoint presentations in line with Company brand guidelines.
• Produce brochures, flyers, adverts, newsletters, and other materials using standard templates.
• Collaborate with affiliates via MS Teams to understand design briefs and discuss creative concepts.
• Ensure timely delivery of all multimedia outputs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Perform other design-related tasks as assigned by management.

Reporting To:

• Creative Services Production Manager
• Corporate Communications Support Team Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Design, Multimedia, Advertising, Media, Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a design agency or corporate environment.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
• Skilled in PowerPoint design and layout
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Presentation Skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
