Job summary

optiBPO is seeking a Multimedia Design Executive in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. You will deliver creative design for digital and print, shaping brand visuals and supporting marketing initiatives in a UK-led, Philippines-based team.

The role requires a degree in Graphic/Multimedia Design, proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, and experience in video editing. Office-based in Mabalacat with UK shift, offering growth and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven experience as Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, or Multimedia Executive.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Video editing and post-production.
• Design and produce creative materials for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, advertisements, product manuals and guides.
• Create design visuals for recycling station project orders within 36 hours and utilise Smartsheet.
• Prepare accurate design files first time around for final production, print, publishing, or digital use.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with company messaging, values, and target audience needs.
• Support the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Maintain organised file structures and version control across projects.
• Attend daily meetings and additional ad hoc meetings when required.
• Ensure all KPI's are met and updated on a daily and weekly basis.

Job Summary

The graphic and multimedia design executive role will encompass a broad spectrum of activities to help promote thecompany, brands and products to customers and prospects. You will be able to make your own mark on this role. Also, you will enjoy the freedom to be creative with your solutions. In addition, you will be vitalin impacting the overall company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media**, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role as a **Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, or Multimedia Executive**.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Desirable skills in software such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects, Canva, or other relevant tools
• Strong knowledge of layout design, typography, colour theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia and design projects.
• Deal with producing print-ready artwork for commercial printing or manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & email) and IT skills such as Microsoft Office programs, e.g Outlook, Excel.
