Your Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Production (60%)

• Create and edit templated static content graphics with different themes and variations
• Design carousel posts, puzzle posts, and announcement posters for social media platforms
• Develop awards certificates, event posters, recruitment materials, and promotional graphics
• Create newsletter section layouts and templated banners, headers, and thumbnails
• Design static stories, Zoom backgrounds, basic t-shirt designs, and postcards
• Perform photo background removal and basic photo manipulation
• Execute photo color grading and convert images to different required sizes/dimensions
• Create one-page landing page designs and email banners
• Develop mockups and FB/IG stories

Video Production & Editing (25%)

• Create Reels/Shorts with static subtitles and basic transitions
• Edit templated videos and motion graphics
• Process green screen videos and perform video color grading
• Compile video collections and add sound effects/background music
• Convert videos to different required sizes/dimensions based on platform requirements
• Create kinetic and text-to-speech videos with manual keyframing
• Perform background noise cancellation and sound mixing
• Handle podcast post-production tasks

Brand Development & Strategy (10%)

• Handle 2-3 clients with different branding requirements simultaneously
• Create comprehensive brand kits from scratch including color palettes, font styles, graphic themes, and logos
• Develop templates based on proposed branding concepts
• Ensure branding consistency across all created content
• Present design proposals and graphics to clients

Advanced Creative Work (5%)

• Execute complicated photo manipulation projects
• Create vector images from scratch
• Design website graphics and landing pages
• Develop event decks and comprehensive graphic packages
• Create commercials (short-form and long-form) from concept to completion
• Produce teasers and trailers for events and promotions
• Design video mechanics for games and contests
• Create comprehensive training videos

Working Hours

PH Graveyard Shift (8 hrs/day, Monday‑Friday US Timezones)

Compensation

• Starting Rate: $3/hour USD (higher rates for advanced skillsets)
• Performance-based increases: Regular evaluations every 4 months with raise opportunities
