ConnectOS is looking for a creative Multimedia Creative Designer to join our team in the Philippines for a 3-month contract. You will craft engaging visuals across digital, print, social media, email marketing, and retail assets, ensuring brand consistency.

The role requires 2+ years in graphic or multimedia design, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and strong project management. You will collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling concepts and deliver

• 2+ years of experience in graphic, multimedia, or creative design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with digital marketing and social media content creation
• Strong visual design, communication, and project management skills
• Understanding of print production processes and marketing collateral development.
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Willing to work in a 3-month contract position.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop creative assets for digital, social media, website, email, print, and in-store marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, infographics, banners, and promotional materials.
• Translate campaign briefs into compelling visual concepts and execute them from start to finish.
• Design and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials, signage, and retail marketing assets.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail operations, and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Support the development of integrated marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives.
• Stay up to date with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and talented Multimedia Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital, print, social media, email marketing, and retail channels. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic, multimedia, or creative design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with digital marketing and social media content creation
• Strong visual design, communication, and project management skills
• Understanding of print production processes and marketing collateral development.
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Willing to work in a 3-month contract position.

Nice to Have:

• Retail, FMCG, or agency experience is a plus
• Experience designing retail signage, POS materials, and in-store marketing assets.
• Video editing and motion graphics experience.
• Knowledge of email marketing and digital advertising platforms
