The Estimatorsupports the estimating and pre-construction teams by delivering high-quality, standardised tender submissions that align with company branding and client expectations. The role plays a key part in improving tender success through accurate quantity take-offs, clear presentation, and effective coordination across estimating, construction, and business development functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and produce end-to-end tender submissions, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high presentation standards
- Assist estimators with quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, construction staging, and submission schedules
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and scope documents to support pricing and tender accuracy
- Manage RFQs, procurement registers, subcontractor and supplier quotations, and tender documentation control
- Review tender documents, identify missing information, and coordinate RFIs with clients and consultants
- Prepare and edit executive summaries, tender interviews, and submission presentations
- Conduct client and competitor analysis to strengthen tender responses and improve strike rates
- Maintain tender registers, CRM records, and estimating databases
- Support marketing and business development through Expressions of Interest, project sheets, CV management, and marketing collateral
- Ensure accurate use of Bluebeam Revu for measurement and document control

- Ability to manage multiple tenders under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong coordination, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
