Job summary

ConnectOS in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Creative Designer to craft assets for digital, social, display, email, and print, while also producing engaging video content for social media and campaigns. You will design programmatic and display creatives, including dynamic variations, and develop print materials such as brochures and sales collateral.

• 3-5 years of experience in a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in digital and print design.
• Basic to intermediate video editing and motion graphics experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce campaign assets across digital, social media, display, email, and print channels.
• Create video content for social media, digital advertising, and internal communications.
• Develop programmatic and display advertising creatives, including dynamic ad variations.
• Design brochures, reports, sales materials, and other print collateral.
• Produce event and exhibition graphics such as banners, backdrops, and signage.
• Create engaging social media assets for organic and paid campaigns.
• Support internal design requirements including presentation decks, email templates, and communication materials.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders across the UK, Singapore, and Europe.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in digital and print design
• Basic to intermediate video editing and motion graphics experience
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of programmatic/display advertising specifications
• Experience working with international or cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
• Background in B2B, financial services, or insurance industries
