About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and creative Multimedia Coordinator to support a New Zealand-based client with day-to-day content production and marketing execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and structured, capable of managing multiple content tasks independently while ensuring all outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and delivered on time. You will work across video, design, and digital content, while also coordinating tasks using project management tools and communicating directly with the client when needed.

What you'll do?

• Create and edit short-form videos using CapCut (e.g. social media reels, promos, marketing clips)

• Design marketing materials, social media posts, and branded documents using Canva

• Produce consistent, on-brand content for digital and social platforms

• Manage and execute content tasks and small projects from briefing through to completion

• Organise workloads, timelines, and priorities using project management tools (e.g. Notion, Monday.com)

• Communicate with the client to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment

• Maintain high consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs

• Support ongoing marketing activities and ad hoc creative requests

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in video editing (CapCut or similar tools)

• Strong Canva skills across social media, marketing materials, and documents

• Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision

• Strong organisational and project management skills

• Experience using tools such as Notion, Monday.com, or similar platforms

• Confident English communication skills for client interaction

• High attention to detail and strong follow-through on tasks

• Able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
