Job summary

Filta is seeking a Digital Content & Creation Coordinator (Graphic Design) in the Philippines to transform technical concepts and product details into high-quality visual content for digital channels. The role reports to an Australia-based Marketing Consultant within the core marketing function.

You will design social graphics, edit videos, format assets for CMS, and collaborate on case studies and social calendars.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to an Australia-based Marketing Consultant as part of the core marketing function, you will transform technical concepts, raw footage, and product details into high-quality visual content across digital channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing social graphics, infographics, digital ad creative, product carousels, and banners adhering to brand guidelines.
• Editing short-form and long-form video content using raw footage, adding captions, transitions, logos, and audio tweaks.
• Formatting and uploading visual assets and copy into website CMS platforms ensuring clean layout and typography.
• Collaborating to build visual concepts for case studies, product features, and social media content calendars.
• Leveraging generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Claude) to draft video scripts, brainstorm ideas, and accelerate workflows.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven portfolio demonstrating corporate or B2B graphic design and video production work.
• Strong hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or editing tools like CapCut and DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Practical familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI image/video generators).
• High attention to detail with a proactive mindset to ask clarifying questions early.

Bonus Points For:

• Prior experience creating digital content tailored for B2B channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Basic exposure to Web Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot.
• Interest or baseline knowledge in broader digital marketing functions like SEO or web analytics.
