Star Digital Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking a talented Multimedia Artist to craft high-quality visuals for e-commerce, digital campaigns, social media, and websites.

You will translate marketing objectives into engaging content while maintaining brand consistency across channels. The role encompasses graphics, product images, banners, short videos, motion graphics, and asset optimization for multiple platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as Multimedia Artist or similar.
• Strong portfolio showing graphic design, digital content, photo editing and/or video production.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Canva.
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, animation and basic photography is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy and branding.
• Experience creating content for e-commerce, social media, digital advertising or online marketplaces is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create content optimized for websites, marketplaces, social media and digital ads.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Content and Operations teams to support business goals.
• Maintain brand identity across platforms.
• Adapt assets into different sizes and formats for various channels.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and quality.
• Organize and maintain creative files and assets.
• Incorporate feedback and revise efficiently.
• Support other creative and marketing requirements as needed.

Job Overview

The Multimedia Artist will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and multimedia content for e-commerce platforms, digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, product listings, advertisements, and other digital channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands e-commerce visual standards, and can translate marketing objectives into creative content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics, digital assets, and multimedia content for e-commerce platforms and marketing campaigns.

• Design product images, promotional banners, social media creatives, advertisements, email graphics, website assets, and other marketing materials.

• Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, product videos, motion graphics, and other video content for digital platforms.

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences.

• Enhance and retouch product photos, including background removal, color correction, image manipulation, and compositing.

• Create visually compelling content optimized for platforms such as websites, marketplaces, social media, and digital advertising channels.

• Collaborate with the Marketing, E-Commerce, Content, and Operations teams to develop creative assets that support business goals.

• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, imagery, and overall visual presentation across different platforms.

• Adapt existing creative assets into different sizes, formats, and specifications for various digital channels.

• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, e-commerce trends, and digital content best practices.

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Organize and maintain creative files, source materials, templates, and project assets.

• Take creative feedback positively and make revisions efficiently.

• Support other creative and marketing requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.

• At least 1 year experience as a Multimedia Artist, Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, digital content, photo editing, and/or video production skills.

• Proficiency in design and multimedia software such as:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Canva or similar design tools

• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, animation, and basic photography is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.

• Experience creating content for e-commerce, social media, digital advertising, or online marketplaces is highly preferred.

• Ability to resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual quality.

• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

• Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt to new creative tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Experience creating product listing images and e-commerce creatives.

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, or other short-form video platforms.

• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design.

• Experience with product photography and lighting.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools and generative AI workflows.

• Understanding of digital advertising creatives and conversion-focused design.

• Experience working with online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms.
