What You'll Do

We are looking for a Multimedia Artist to head our creative initiatives and guide the team in delivering impactful campaigns and content. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands‑on creativity. You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand’s visual and creative direction.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Develop and oversee brand identity, visual strategy, and creative direction across all platforms and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Drive the creative ideation process, from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met without compromising quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and creative best practices.
• Oversee and maintain a high standard of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on art direction, design, and visual storytelling.
• Prior experience in a creative agency or omni‑retail environment is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expert proficiency in industry‑standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
