Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring a Multilingual Service Desk Analyst (Dutch + French) for a 100% onsite role in Taguig City. The position requires 2+ years in technical support and strong Dutch and French language abilities, with excellent communication skills.

You will resolve user issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems, provide troubleshooting, handle service requests, and follow defined escalation procedures in a global service desk environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Technical Support / Service Desk experience
• Proficient in Dutch and French (speaking, reading, writing)
• Willing to work 100% onsite
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Stable employment history; not a current or former CGI employee
• Candidates with PRV/TRV preferred; visa processing possible
