Amber is seeking a Player Support agent to assist Live game players with account, gameplay, purchasing, and troubleshooting queries. You will gather data, diagnose issues, and provide personalized solutions while keeping up with game updates and feature changes.

The role emphasizes customer-first service, culture, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment with multilingual support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Traditional & Simplified) and English.
• At least 1 year of customer service or player support experience.
• Experience with contact center tools and multilingual support.
• Able to diagnose and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and answer inquiries for Live Players.
• Gather relevant data from players, understand root cause, and offer solutions.
• Stay updated on game features and changes; monitor project KPIs.
• Monitor backlog and report negative trends promptly; contribute to KPI targets.
