Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Proficiency in one of the following languages: Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Korean.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks.
• Assist in development and implementation of strategies for contractual risk mitigation and monitoring.
• Provide advisory support on compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review master agreements to align with client needs and standards.
• Gather and synthesize information from various sources to inform decisions.
• Apply technical standards and guidelines to uphold firm conduct and independence requirements.
• Participate in client engagements to deliver practical solutions and strengthen internal controls.
