Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Senior Associate for Assurance Quality Admin Support to help maintain regulatory compliance and manage risks for clients within our Internal Firm Services practice.

In this role, you will develop and implement policies, collaborate with internal teams, and apply analytical thinking to recommend improvements while upholding PwC's professional standards. A morning shift and strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably business-related.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Aura, ChatPwC, Excel.
• English language proficiency (oral and written).
• Morning shift required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Managing compliance oversight and risk management programs to support organizational integrity
• Conducting compliance risk assessments and reviews to identify potential areas of improvement
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance compliance awareness and training initiatives
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
• Supporting the development of corporate compliance programs and ethical standards
• Monitoring budget allocations to validate alignment with compliance objectives
• Engaging in investigative decision-making to address compliance issues effectively
• Designing onboarding processes that align with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies
• Promoting a culture of ethical conduct and adherence to the firm's code of ethics
